Quotes and prices

All prices include GST. I agree the price with you before starting work. If I find something that changes the price, I'll stop and ask before going further.

Home visits

A home visit is $149 and includes the first hour, including diagnosis. Extra time is $40 per 15 minutes. There is no call-out fee and no evening loading within my service area.

First-visit offer

A customer's first home visit is $99 instead of $149, first hour included. If I can't fix the problem on that first visit, you don't pay the visit fee. One first-visit offer per household. Parts and hardware are charged separately and quoted before I start.

Refer a friend

When someone you referred completes a paid job, you and they each receive $30 off your next job. Credits can't be exchanged for cash.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is finished, by card, bank transfer or cash. Business clients receive an invoice payable within 7 days.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged the visit fee.

Your data

Before any repair, please back up important files where you can. I take care with your data, but can't be responsible for data lost from a device that was already failing.

Parts and hardware

New hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. My workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days: if the same problem comes back, I'll fix it at no extra charge.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
